To help the noobs get started we're sending some of our favourite eps your way...
Hello and welcome to all our new subscribers! To get you up to speed on what “Sam” and “Jamie” — two male feminists and all-round top blokes —have been up to over the past few years, we’ve got a couple of past episodes to recommend...

The boys delve into some feminist cinema by discussing the 2006 film, Frida - a biopic of Frida Kahlo (of the eyebrows) starring Selma Hayek. The reviews are always excellent, even though Jamie has never ever seen any of the films. It turns out one of his great skills is offering opinions on subjects he has no knowledge of. In fact, once you’ve heard this review, you probably won’t need to bother to see the film either.
Sam closes the episode with a womb yoga meditation to help the listeners descend into their own sacred realms. And even Jamie has to agree it does feel nice, if not a little ticklish.
In the finale of the first season, the boys close strong by discussing Jamie’s extreme football fandom. As a supporter of every single team in the UK, Jamie has to watch a lot of footie and keep tabs on many leagues. As you can imagine, the process is as exhausting as it is rewarding.
How Jamie finds the time to also come up with exceptional ideas for television shows is anyones guess. But he does and once again he’s struck gold with “Play it Safe” - a new TV show where women are pitched against attackers and sexual predators.
Sam also takes over the tracking of his wife’s menstrual cycle to show us that men can be trusted to manage contraception. We learn how he plans to do this, and how the show The Witcher may potentially throw up a few curveballs for even the most diligent mucous examiner.
